Once you have made a purchase, we may contact you by email or postal mail to notify you about our products, services, contests and promotions, as well as to help us learn how we can better serve you. To delete your name from our email mailing list, click the link in the email or contact customer service. We appreciate your patience as it may take up to a week to process your request from the date of receipt.

Protecting Children's Privacy

Incon Lighting adheres to a strict privacy code regarding children and does not knowingly accept personal information from any child. If it is brought to our attention that a subscriber is under age, we will immediately remove all personal and identifiable information from our records in compliance with the Online Children's Privacy Protection Act of 1998. In addition, we will not disclose this information to any other companies.
