LIMITED WARRANTY: Incon Industries, Inc (Incon Lighting) warrants that the products shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship after the date of shipment of product,, and if the (Distributor/Customer) reports such a defect to Incon Industries Inc will, at its option, repair or replace the defective products, FOB factory, freight prepaid by (Distributor/Customer).
Warranty Period
- LED - 5 Year (unless otherwise noted)(see notes below)
- Energy Star - 5 Year
- HID - 1 Year
- Fluorescent - 1 Year
- Custom Products - Consult Factory
- Light Bulbs - 90 Days - claims after this period should be addressed directly with the lamp manufacturer.
The foregoing warranty shall not extend to products which have been (i) altered, modified or repaired in any way, except by Incon Industries Inc., (ii) subjected to misuse, abuse, negligence or accident, (iii) improperly installed, or (iv) installed in applications other than those for which the product(s) are designed and expressly approved by Incon Industries Inc. It shall be the sole responsibility of the (Distributor/Customer) to determine whether any intended applications for the products have been approved by Incon Industries. prior to shipment of the products by Incon Industries.
The forgoing is the sole and exclusive remedy against Incon Industries Inc. for breach of warranty and any third-party purchaser or user of the products shall be bound by all obligations, limitations and restrictions placed upon the (Distributor/Customer) herein.
LED Notes: LED boards are considered to have failed when 15% or more LED chips are not illuminated.
